Can you believe that its almost August?! Nope. Crazy. I cannot believe that summer has just flown by! Mike and I did want to take our time this summer and just do little projects around the house here and there. Since last summer we spent completely stressed finishing up his home, we wanted to actually be able to enjoy our summer and time in Plymouth!
It's actually been so fun, just painting and doing little things around the home to start to really pull things together. I have so many ideas and things that I want to do, but I end up focusing on my clients before our home, and things just get put on the back burner.
We have a lot of furniture and decor in our home, but some of it was just let over from our previous places. So, we are slowly chipping away at getting new things. One thing that I really cared about was rugs. Since we have Kona, I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for super nice rugs, but I did want some good quality rugs that were going to last and not go out of style in just a year!
When I think about timeless rugs, my mind immediately goes to Persian rugs. They have been around for so long, and they never go out of style! They can really add a piece of elegance to a room and really pull the room together. So, for this week, I wanted to share some of my favorite Persian rugs! All are really great prices, with some being under $250 for an 8x10 rug, and a couple are a little higher end running you between $1,500-$2,500 for a 8x10. Whatever your budget may be, there will be a rug for you in this stack!
