The Formaggio Kitchen family of stores began in 1978 with a vision of creating a European shopping experience in Cambridge. Today, owners Ihsan and Valerie Gurdal operate three stores: Formaggio Kitchen Cambridge, Formaggio Kitchen South End and Formaggio Kitchen New York.
Opened in 2013, Boston General Store began as a small online retail store to promote the products I discovered in my spare time that were created simply but made to last a lifetime.
