PROJECT CRAFTSMAN COTTAGE
This 100 year old craftsman home was fully updated and renovated. The goal of the project was to keep the true charm and character in the home, but bring some new life to it. Our client wanted something different and unexpected with the space.
The dining room is the center point in the home. While all of the other rooms in the home are lighter and brighter, we wanted to create a space for our clients to gather in a cozier, moodier room.
The existing kitchen layout was not functional, so reorienting the cabinets and layout of the kitchen was crucial. We added that touch of charm with the soapstone countertops and custom nickel gap cabinets.
The bathroom was another spot that we brought in some funkiness with the materials. A viola sink was paired with sage green paint and terracotta colored tile.
